All the press releases that are reported to AllPressReleases.co.uk are, after verification, published on www.AllPressReleases.co.uk. Once published the press releases are never removed. Via indicated criteria such as, for example, category and company the press releases can at all times be read free of charge.

Distribution of press releases via email
Reporters and the like can create a free account at AllPressReleases.co.uk. In this account they can indicate of which press releases they wish to receive a notification. As variable they can mention a search term, a category and/or a company name. Moreover, they can indicate the frequency by which they wish to receive emails. AllPressReleases.co.uk then sends all the press releases that comply with the indicated criteria by email at the indicated frequency.

Distribution of press releases via RSS
RSS is an international standard for the generation of text. By means of our RSS feeds press releases published on AllPressReleases.co.uk can easily be forwarded to hundreds of other websites and RSS readers. Interested parties can personally indicate of which companies, of which categories and/or of which press releases (that contain a specific search term) they would like to be informed. AllPressReleases.co.uk then generates a personal RSS feed for the relevant interested party which the latter can directly place on his/her website. In this way the website of the interested party automatically displays the latest relevant news for that website.

General Terms and Conditions AllPressReleases.co.uk

Article 1: Definitions

AllPressReleases.co.uk: The websites AllPressReleases.co.uk, AllePersberichten.nl, AllePersberichten.be, AllePresseberichte.de, AllePresseberichte.at, tcdp.lu & tcdp.fr. All managed by InternetInvestering.nl BV, Chamber of Commerce number 20.14.15.94 The Netherlands and/or by the suppliers hired by InternetInvestering.nl BV.

Supply of Services/Service(s): Where these General Terms and Conditions refer to supply of services or service(s) this is understood to comprise the various services offered by AllPressReleases.co.uk. This includes, for example, but is not limited to the distribution of press releases, the preparation of a press release and/or the composition of personalised emails and/or RSS feeds with the objective of distributing complete press and/or news releases. Visiting AllPressReleases.co.uk is also considered a service.

Subscription Services: The customer can opt to purchase various services in one go. This combination of services is hereinafter referred to as a subscription service.

Content: All the information such to include, for example, but not limited to texts and images that can be found on AllPressReleases.co.uk.

Delivery: Where these General Terms and Conditions refer to 'delivery' and/or 'delivery (of goods)' this is understood to also comprise the supply of services and the execution of activities of whatever nature.

Customer: The natural person or legal person who makes use of a service via AllPressReleases.co.uk.

Agreement: Communicated offer of AllPressReleases.co.uk, acceptance thereof by the customer and approval of the same by AllPressReleases.co.uk. The agreement between AllPressReleases.co.uk and the customer comes into being following a written or oral order of a service of AllePersberichten ordered by the customer and the acceptance of this order by AllPressReleases.co.uk. A written order is understood to also comprise email correspondence.

Personalised AllPressReleases.co.uk Information Sources: AllPressReleases.co.uk developed a system by means of which the customer only receives content via AllPressReleases.co.uk that is relevant to the same. Via criteria such as category, company and/or search term AllPressReleases.co.uk selects all the relevant content on AllPressReleases.co.uk and sends this, at the frequency indicated by the customer, via, for example, however not limited to, RSS and email.

Article 2: Applicability

1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers of AllPressReleases.co.uk as well as to all agreements, regardless of their name, entered into by AllPressReleases.co.uk. These General Terms and Conditions particularly also apply to all the services offered by AllPressReleases.co.uk.
2. Deviation from the provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions shall exclusively and solely be possible if and insofar this is explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3. If the customer also refers to (his/her) general terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply. This shall only be different if and insofar the applicability of the general terms and conditions of the customer shall not be in violation of the General Terms and Conditions of AllPressReleases.co.uk, in that case only the provisions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of
AllPressReleases.co.uk shall apply. Any provision in the general terms and conditions of the customer establishing otherwise shall not affect the foregoing. 4. By making use of the AllPressReleases.co.uk website and/or of the services of AllPressReleases.co.uk you declare to be familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and you moreover declare to unconditionally agree with the content thereof.

Article 3: Privacy

1. Information reducible to the customer obtained via AllPressReleases.co.uk is stored in a secured database.
2. The customer shall always be entitled to inspect which information reducible to him/her is stored by AllPressReleases.co.uk. This can only be requested in writing by means of a registered letter (AllPressReleases.co.uk, Etnastraat 20, 4814 AA Breda). Should the supply of this information reducible to the customer imply costs for AllPressReleases.co.uk, AllPressReleases.co.uk shall be authorised to recover these costs from the customer.
3. The customer shall always be entitled to removal of the information reducible to him/her stored by AllPressReleases.co.uk. This can only be requested in writing by means of a registered letter (AllPressReleases.co.uk, Etnastraat 20, 4814 AA Breda). Should the removal of this information reducible to the customer imply costs for AllPressReleases.co.uk, AllPressReleases.co.uk shall be authorised to recover these costs from the customer.

Article 4: Complaints

Complaints of the customer with regard to the supply of services by AllPressReleases.co.uk need to be reported to AllPressReleases.co.uk in writing by means of a registered letter containing a clear and accurate description of the complaint (AllPressReleases.co.uk, Etnastraat 20, 4814AA Breda, The Netherlands).

Article 5: Liability

1. The content on AllPressReleases.co.uk is completely with all proper reserves. The content depends on many factors that often fall outside the scope of influence of AllPressReleases.co.uk. For example, AllPressReleases.co.uk does not pass judgment on the suitability and/or completeness of the information offered in the published press releases. AllPressReleases.co.uk cannot be held liable for possible shortcomings or inaccuracies in these published press releases. AllPressReleases.co.uk cannot be held liable for the content on the AllPressReleases.co.uk website.
2. The customer is responsible for the content added to AllPressReleases.co.uk.

Article 6: Copyrights

1. Copyrights with regard to all content are held by AllPressReleases.co.uk.
2. AllPressReleases.co.uk is authorised to provide specific customers access to personalised AllPressReleases.co.uk information sources. The customer may only disclose the information contained in these personalised AllPressReleases.co.uk information sources in accordance with the manner and the media agreed upon with AllPressReleases.co.uk.
3. In case a customer disposes of permission to disclose a personalised AllPressReleases.co.uk information source this merely regards a non-exclusive non-transferable agreement.
4. The customer shall not be entitled to store the content on AllPressReleases.co.uk or the information obtained via personalised AllPressReleases.co.uk information sources in an archive. Content or information obtained via personalised AllPressReleases.co.uk information sources can only be stored in a personal database for a period of at most 1 month.

Article 7: Confidentiality

1. The customer is held to confidentiality with regard to all information originating from AllPressReleases.co.uk, which is considered to be confidential. This includes, for example, but is not limited to login information and passwords.
2. At the request of the competent authorities AllPressReleases.co.uk shall be entitled to provide information reducible to the customer.

Article 8: The agreement

The agreement between AllPressReleases.co.uk and the customer comes into being by means of an oral or written order of a service of AllPressReleases.co.uk ordered by the customer and the acceptance of this order by AllPressReleases.co.uk. A written order is understood to also comprise email correspondence.

Article 9: Prices

1. All prices and fees mentioned on AllPressReleases.co.uk are excluding VAT.
2. All prices and fees mentioned on AllPressReleases.co.uk are with proper reserves and may be amended in an interim manner.
3. Delivery takes place against the prices applicable at the moment the order is placed with AllPressReleases.co.uk.

Article 10: Payment, legal interest and costs

1. Invoicing of the customer takes place by AllPressReleases.co.uk.
2. AllPressReleases.co.uk charges the amounts payable by the customer by means of an invoice. In accordance with the agreement this invoice is either automatically collected or payment needs to take place within fourteen (14) days following the date of the invoice. The customer declares to accept the services set forth in the agreement and to pay for the same in Euros.
3. Per calendar quarter AllePersberichten invoices the customer in advance, each time for three months, for the subscription services, unless the parties explicitly agree otherwise.
4. Following expiration of the payment term the customer shall be in default and shall be held to pay legal interest. In case the customer is in default, or otherwise fails to fulfil one or more of his/her obligations, such to include an infringement of copyrights, all reasonable costs to, out of court, accomplish fulfilment shall be borne by the same. In case AllPressReleases.co.uk accepts partial payment or conditional payment, AllPressReleases.co.uk reserves the right of complete fulfilment.
5. In case AllPressReleases.co.uk is forced to impose collection measures with regard to its claims, the same shall be entitled to charge the collection costs, such to include the costs associated with legal assistance, to the customer.

Article 11: Delivery

Delivery with regard to the distribution of press releases by AllPressReleases.co.uk takes place by means of publication of the press release of the customer on AllPressReleases.co.uk. AllPressReleases.co.uk attempts to verify and publish press releases on AllPressReleases.co.uk within 24 hours after the customer added the same to the database of AllPressReleases.co.uk.

Article 12: Force majeure

Force majeure is understood to comprise any circumstance outside the scope of influence of AllPressReleases.co.uk which is of such nature that fulfilment of the agreement can in reasonableness not be requested of AllPressReleases.co.uk (non-attributable shortcoming in the fulfilment). Force majeure includes, among other things: war, riots and hostilities of whatever nature, blockade, boycott, natural disasters, epidemics, lack of raw materials, obstruction or interruption of the transportation possibilities, operating breakdowns at the company AllPressReleases.co.uk, import and export restrictions or prohibitions and impediments caused by measures, laws or decrees of international, national and regional (government) entities. If AllPressReleases.co.uk cannot, not properly or not timely comply with the agreement as a result of force majeure, AllPressReleases.co.uk shall be entitled to either consider the agreement or the non-executed part thereof dissolved or to suspend the relevant part for a definite or indefinite period of time, such at the discretion of AllPressReleases.co.uk. In case of force majeure the customer cannot claim compensation of damages from AllPressReleases.co.uk.

Article 13: Applicable law

Dutch law exclusively applies to all content offered by AllPressReleases.co.uk and to the agreements concluded by AllPressReleases.co.uk.

Article 14: Dispute settlement

All disputes of whatever nature either connected to or deriving from the agreements entered into by AllPressReleases.co.uk or connected to or deriving from the acts carried out by AllPressReleases.co.uk shall be settled by the competent Court in the Netherlands.

Article 15: Invalid, null and void or unenforceable

If a specific article or some specific articles of these General Terms and Conditions or of an additional agreement based on these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, null and void or unenforceable, this article or these articles shall be replaced by legally valid provisions that approach the intention of this article or these articles as much as possible and/or are considered not to exist and the remaining articles shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 16: Closing provision

AllPressReleases.co.uk is entitled to amend these General Terms and Conditions in an interim manner and to declare the amended General Terms and Conditions applicable to existing agreement. Amendments of these General Terms and Conditions come into effect 30 days after publication on the website of AllPressReleases.co.uk.
